Shakespeare’s Globe is delighted to announce the cast of Playing Shakespeare with Deutsche Bank: Macbeth.
Experience an exhilarating new adaptation of *Playing Shakespeare with Deutsche Bank: Macbeth* at the Globe Theatre. This dynamic 90-minute rendition is tailored specifically for younger audiences, making it an ideal introduction to Shakespeare for all.
Amidst the chaos of war, three enigmatic women foretell the future of the soldier Macbeth. Driven by their prophecy, he embarks on a relentless quest for power, but this ambition comes at a devastating price. As one man's insatiable thirst for control plunges a nation into turmoil, can anyone summon the bravery to champion what is right?

Directed by Lucy Cuthbertson, the Globe’s Director of Education, this production of Shakespeare’s tragic narrative explores themes of ambition and tyranny, building on her previous works such as *Playing Shakespeare with Deutsche Bank 2024: Romeo and Juliet; Rough Magic; Midsummer Mechanicals.


The show runs from 13 March – 20 April in the Globe Theatre, including throughout the Easter Holidays.

The cast comprises Victoria Clow as Witch, Simeon Desvignes as Malcolm, Roxy Faridany as Macduff, Lucy Johnson as Witch, Hanora Kamen as Lady Macbeth, Louise Lee as Ross, Roann Hassani McCloskey as Lady Macduff, Patrick Osborne as Macbeth, Robert Penny as Banquo, Jo Servi as Duncan, and Rhiannon Skerritt as Witch.
